Prestige Hospitality Group implements a performance appraisal system so that employee's progress is quantified and monitored during their employment.
Personnel will be schooled in the policies, systems, procedures and
expectations of their respective positions. Employees will be charged
with the responsibility of knowing and acting in accordance with their training.
Prestige Hospitality Group is knowledgeable in federal and state regulations regarding personnel matters including, but not limited to: ADA,COBRA, FMLA and OSHA.
